Our approach
Based on an analysis of your commutes or customer flows, we design an open, collaborative process: we conduct interviews and surveys, create a stakeholder map and develop initial concrete solution ideas as part of a creative service design workshop. In doing so, we focus specifically on pragmatic, low-threshold experiments and prototypes that can be implemented quickly and address real needs.
On request, we can also support you in the test & learn phase and during the pilot phase – and prepare the findings as a basis for deciding on further steps.
